Please read the following information carefully.
The Registrar’s Office has completed the end-of-term processing for the Fall 2025 semester. You may now view your official grades, GPAs, academic standing and unofficial transcripts through myGateway.
Any grades of “N” that appear in Ducktrax or DegreeWorks are placeholder grades the Registrar’s Office did not receive from the instructor(s) of record at the time of processing. Grade changes will continue to be processed the rest of this week. Please continue to watch Ducktrax and DegreeWorks for updates to your record for any "N" grades. Once a grade change has been made, the academic standing will be updated and the colleges will be notified of any change in academic standing.
DegreeWorks will be updated beginning Monday night for all students. If DegreeWorks is not reflecting your final grades yet, please be patient as it takes the system time to re-audit every student registered. We expect that all audits in DegreeWorks will be fully updated by Friday morning. Ducktrax will have your final grades immediately.
Transcripts requested but held for grades and/or degree conferral will begin to be released on Wednesday. There will be a delay of a few days while we process the backlog of transcript requests received throughout the semester that were held for final grades. We appreciate your patience during this time.
RELLIS students
Grades for RELLIS students are due at noon on Friday, Dec. 19. End-of-term processing will re-run at this time. Separate communications will be sent out to your campus upon completion. Please do not review grades or academic standing at this time.
