If you're looking to find your 1098-T form, follow these easy steps:

• Log in to MyGateway:
  • Go to the Tarleton State University website.
  • Click on "MyGateway" at the top of the homepage.
  • Enter your Tarleton Username and Password to access your account.
• Access Texan Bill Pay:
  
  • After logging in, navigate to the "Student" tab on the dashboard.
  • Select "Texan Bill Pay" from the options provided to enter the billing and payment portal.
• Find Your 1098-T Form:
  
  • Within Texan Bill Pay, locate the "Tax Notifications" section, often found under the 'Statements' or 'Payments' tab.
  • Click on "1098-T" to view your form.
• Download or Print:
  
  • View the 1098-T form online, download it, or print a hard copy for your tax documentation.

Tarleton State University has partnered with Heartland ECSI, offering students the opportunity to receive their 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically. To receive a 1098-T form electronically, the student must give their consent by following the link provided below and following the step by step instructions. 1098-T’s will be provided by the end of January 2025. If electronic consent is not received by January 1, 2025 the 1098-T will be mailed to the current address on file. Not all students will be eligible to receive a 1098-T for the 2024 tax year. Email notifications will be sent when 1098-T forms are available.
