Registration is open for free COVID-19 testing Wednesday, September 22, and Thursday, September 23, on the Stephenville campus. Testing is limited to the first 60 asymptomatic students, faculty and staff who register for each day.

Times:

10 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, September 22

9 to 11 a.m., Thursday, September 23

Testing — a simple, painless self-administered nasal swab — will take place at the Central Receiving Building, 201 N. Saint Felix St. A trained observer will provide guidance. Results will be sent to your Tarleton email as soon as they are processed.

Important Notice: This testing is not for students and employees with COVID-19 symptoms or those who’ve experienced close contact with an individual who’s recently tested positive. Students with COVID-19 symptoms or who’ve had a close contact, should schedule testing with Student Health Services. Employees should contact their healthcare provider.

As of Jan. 2, students, faculty and staff are required to provide proof of insurance or a copy of their driver’s license at the time of registration within the Curative Testing system. Regardless, the COVID-19 test is free to each individual based on an agreement between The Texas A&M University System and Curative.

For additional information on COVID-19 safety guidelines, symptoms and testing, visit the university’s Roadmap for 2021.
